Shipping:

Q:  How long will my order take to arrive?

Unless noted otherwise on the product page, items generally take 5-8 business days to arrive, and please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.  The process may  take longer depending on many variables (holiday season, weather, customs procedures).


Q:  I only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?

Our stock is spread out over multiple warehouses, in the USA, so multi-order items may get split up in the dispatch process.  This means orders containing multiple items may get shipped individually, and you might receive one item before the next.  Please do not worry, parcels will arrive separately, and they are on the way.


Q:  Where do you ship to?


We only ship to the USA, lower 48 States.  Also, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military bases, because our carriers do not service those locations.  For customers with PO box addresses, please provide a physical address location capable of receiving deliveries.


Q:  How do you ship?

We ship orders from our fulfillment warehouses right here in the USA using mostly USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow along with your order.  You may sign up for automatic delivery alerts with your tracking number from the carrier, so you can monitor delivery.


Q:  How can I track my order?

We email tracking information to the address you provided us at checkout.   Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email. You can also check your tracking at https://cleverfair.com/order-status by entering the order number found on your order receipt email.


Payments:

Q:  What payment methods do you offer?

We offer secure shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. All products are listed in US Dollars.  We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), and can only accept payment in advance.

Q:  How do I place an order?

Visit our store at: cleverfair.com. Choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your information and pay. That's it! 


Q:  My product has a problem. What can I do?

What to do in 3 steps:

Step 1

Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.

Step 2

If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.

Step 3

Once you have confirmed the product is faulty after steps 1 and 2, you should contact us at [email protected], or by clicking here.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

CleverFair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages

CleverFair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
